This purchase was a 3-seater Captain's Chair. Delivery was quick, and the packaging was strong enough to deal with the rather heavy contents. Assembly was easy with adequate instructions. In addition to the required tools, I also used a cordless drill to make pilot holes for the screws provided to secure the smaller members. The product is comfortable, robust, and blends in with the garden. Very good. We bought a table from NBB a few years back and have been very pleased with it, hence using the same company for a new seat.

Great company to deal with. I wanted to make a modification to my raised bed, ie add in a bar across the middle section to hold the sides vertical against pressure from the earth. I provided my required size of a part they already manufactured but cut to my requirement and added to the order at minimal extra cost

It arrived more quickly than I thought. Not yet assembled, so I can't comment on the product. Would have been better to have known a smaller window of time when delivered. Delivery man a great asset to your organisation.
