The quality of the items. Just issues with the delivery.

Great response to our original order, delivery absolutely on schedule, helpful support over the subsequent modification, and overall a really nice product of which we get loads of use. Many people comment how nice the benches are.

I ordered a two seat Captain's Bench. This arrived swiftly but, sadly the holes for the bolts to attach the back to the seat had not beeen drilled. I alerted NBB who sorted it all out, delivering a new seat and collecting the old one. The real icing on the cake was that the new seat was delivered fully assembled. Sales admisitrator, Gemma deserves the highest praise. She was brilliant throughout.

Great customer service. Very helpful with getting the product delivered to the right address. Apparently it was easy to assemble. I haven't seen the bench so can't comment on the product.
