10 days in & distinct difference!

10 days in and there is a distinct difference! Im not an ambassador or anything so this 5 star review doesn’t benefit me in any way- just someone who drinks excessive coffee and kept buying the cheap whitening strips from cvs until I finally tried snow and can’t believe how quickly it worked. Hope this is helpful!

Customer service helped

Customer service provided good information for my new Snow unit and now it works. My other Snow unit died after only two years so I hope this one lasts longer. On the other hand.. the website is the worst I think I've ever experienced! It's very evasive with their access to customer service or handling subscription. The only way I could stop my subscription was to finally just delete my credit card information! Now I see they go through the SHOP app so maybe things will be better hopefully.

Don't get me wrong I love the products…

Don't get me wrong I love the products but I have been checking weekly for the past month and a half almost 2 months to see if they restocked this product and have sent customer service emails asking when they think this will restock and no answer. I am merely rating based on the level of customer service. It shouldn't take more than a month to get back to a customer with an answer even if there isn't a firm date of restock. Disappointed.

Out of stock

I was never contacted and told that the items I ordered were out of stock, I had to initiate the conversation and ask for my refund. Once I did that they did issue me a full refund same day. Conversations with Customer Service were easy and the replied promptly.
