In a world where everything is..

In a world where everything is automated and often frustrating to take care of business, this company SHINES. I had to cancel my subscription but didn’t have time to go through all the steps. (I had just received unsettling news about my husband). Muhammed addressed my needs immediately AND then followed up with me twice to check on how my husband and I were doing ! This is incredible. When life has settled back down, I absolutely will reorder! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It’s the first product I’ve used that doesn’t make my teeth sensitive. With the whitening strips that I’d use from Crest I’d have to take pain killers because the pain was so bad, but Snow is incredible and whitened my teeth so nicely!!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I emailed customer service one week ago, since the button on my toothbrush became permanently stuck. I’m 9 months pregnant and trying to keep my teeth clean, and the only way to use my LED toothbrush is to press down extremely hard. Sometimes that doesn’t even work. After 5 days I didn’t get any response so I reached out again. Finally someone responded asking for proof of the defective tooth brush and I sent them a video. They then responded right away telling me that I’m still under warranty and that they are processing the replacement order. I had provided all of my information in my original email to customer service, including my shipping address, phone number and full name. Yet, they still asked me for my shipping address. I responded again with my shipping address and it’s been a day and a half and I haven’t gotten a confirmation or any answer back from them. I’m very unsatisfied with SNOW’s customer service. It shouldn’t take this long to get service. Not only that, but there is no way to speak to anyone. I called their customer service phone number and you’re always told that no one is available and to leave a message. I’ve already left a few messages with NO response. This is unacceptable. I’m most likely taking my business elsewhere and wanted to warn everyone that you will not get the help you need.

Hello, I want to share that I have been so impressed with the snow product. Its so easy to use, very affordable and i have no sensitivity with the product. Touch is easy and my teeth look amazing. I cannot say enough good things, buy it , you will be happy you did. The customer service is exceptional as well!!!
