The customer support from Snow is excellent. Delivery to UK had a customs charge applied (don’t know why), which had to be paid before delivery was released. On contacting Snow they quickly confirmed they would cover the charges, which they did within a couple of days. Linda at Snow was excellent - very quick to respond and always very friendly. 5 stars.
