Trouble contacting their customer service

I have tried to contact snow through email and their website. I still haven't received any reply back about my toothbrush prematurely dying after 2 months, causing me to use it as a manual brush for the time being. Considering the price of it, I would want to get a replacement rather than forking over another $100+. Overall, a great toothbrush, but bad customer service.

Exceptional product. Exceptional customer service.

SNOW is not only a revolutionary and exceptional product, they truly excel in customer service. I recently reached out to them via an email to purchase a replacement part for my SNOW kit, which I purchased a year ago. I fully expected to pay for this replacement part, and a shipping fee. Well…they: a) replied the same day to my email b) shipped out the replacing part that same day c) did not charge for the replacement d) no shipping fee e) a free gift included! Now this is a business to support. .

Sanaa resolved my issue quickly and courteously. She even went above and beyond by offering a discount on future purchases. That's what I call customer service!
