My first whitener broke. I was upset because I had it for less than A year. I wrote in saying the whitener worked but mine broke and I can’t afford another one at this time. So was kinda mad. Next thing I know I got an email saying a new one was sent out!!! It only took a short email. Great customer crevice, great product!

Great customer service!

My toothbrush broke after a year and a half. I sent them an email expecting to be told there's nothing they can do. 15 minutes after i sent the email, there was a replacement toothbrush sent out to me. I'm impressed. Not many companies send out free replacements of their products a year and a half after purchase.
