When I wasn’t achieving the results I was going for you guided me and helped me with additional products. But, so far I have not had any sensitivity when just regular toothpaste has usually caused me problems!! So bravo!!

Sent them the money. No product in stock and no email informing me. Beware of this "company". I have had to email non stop daily in order to get my money back and all I get is a daily template response- The money is on the way. It has been 5 weeks, I have not received my money. The emails I get are basically AI template responses. "oh the transaction was made", Oh "there seems to be a problem with the bank"........but now its on its way. Do business with Snow and get ready for a bunch of emails with- 3-5 days, then 5-10 days and then when its a month later - we meant- 5-10 "business" days.... but after five weeks its- Oh we seem to be having difficulty with the transaction due to a banking error....(all in the present tense of course) Really? I would just like my money back. Holding ones money for 5 weeks is actually theft. I will be taking this further. I seriously do not recommend this kind of business or its management to anyone.

Snow customer service team is beyond extraordinary. Angie has yet again gone above and beyond to take care of the issue I have with my mouthpiece.

I bought a Snow toothbrush and after not quite a year, the charging cable broke off. I reached out to customer service to see if I could buy another one. A customer service representative emailed me and said they were sorry I had issues and they were sending me another one! That's customer service.
