missing items in delivery
I placed an order for 3 brushes on Instagram promotion, but only received one with one tracking number. I e-mailed the company twice so far with no reply. phone calls to the customer service is not answered either. USPS told me that they should have 3 brushes in a container if they put them with only one tracking number. Clearly this is a mistake in the company’s end not USPS.. I am confused by the rave reviews online, since my experience so far has been terrible with customer service.

My toothbrush broke, even though I purchased it about a year ago the company replaced it for free and even through in a couple extras, so nice to have purchase something from the company that stands behind their product!

Linda was the person who dealt with my problem, she was superb, spanish customs sent first order back then a second was sent out and although I paid someone 20 euro to complete the complicated customs firm item still didn't arrive, she sorted out refund and was always quick to reply, brilliant customer service

Well, it’s been six days since my last review and I have not heard from a customer service representative acknowledging that they have my two orders sitting in their system, taken my money and not shipped my orders. I purposely ordered early, 11/11/23, so I could give my disabled son an electric toothbrush for Christmas. I also ordered an extra one for someone else. If you don’t have the product, refund my money. The total of my order was $257.03. I have also since filed a review with the BBB.
