I have sensitive teeth and the Snow Teeth Whitening kit works without causing any discomfort. My mouthpiece quit working after about 18 months and Snow is sending out a hassle-free replacement.

Shipping is taking too long

Shipping is taking too long. 15 days out and I still have not received my floss. Maybe SNOW needs to reevaluate shipping companies.

The customer service responded within 5 minutes and was so understanding with my problems. They had no problem with replacing my broken product and they even threw in a free gift too. Honestly one of the best customer experience I’ve ever had.

I had a great customer service experience

I had a great customer service everytime I email SNOW. They are always prompt in answering my questions. The products are great and very reasonable. I love my new white smile. I would recommend anyone to use SNOW. My granddaughter is using SNOW and her smile looks beautiful! Excellent company! Excellent Products!

Awesome Experience

To be honest I didn't think I would be helped because my husband purchased the product back in 2021 which I'd forgotten about so when I did open it earlier this year and it broke after 3 days of use I didn't even try to contact the company. So I'm very Happy I did. Marine at Snow was excellent handling my issue.
