Extremely helpful customer service and prompt delivery, the order was on a backdate for 10 Dec and I waited until 17 Dec to chase, within hours the company called the third party supplier and requested urgent resolution; my parcels were received by the company, processed and delivered to me as promised within 24 hours of me raising the enquiry.

Item was apparently out of stock, but i received no update for 10 days. At day 11 post ordering i called to be informed of this. Once in stock the item was delivered quickly

It hasn't arrived yet! It seems it dropped into a black hoIe at the courier. I telephoned twice and was told it was being looked into but it would have been good to have an email confirming what was being done. I am now told it is on its way but have no indication of when it will come.

Bought a high chair (quite an expensive one), discovered that the straps (seat belt) were faulty such that they don't lock, so if the baby leans or falls forward they just pull through and therefore don't actually serve any function at all, making the chair very unsafe. I spoke to someone on the phone at NBS who said to email through details and a video if possible. I was unable to add a video due to the file size (which I explained in the email), after a day or two I received a reply asking for a video. So clearly they had not bothered to even read my original email. I responded explaining AGAIN why this was not possible. Several days later and I have had no further response whatsoever. So now we won't have a highchair over the Christmas period. Great. Will not use this company again.

Very happy with my purchase (I got an ergo baby carrier in a beige colour which I couldn’t find anywhere else!), very quick delivery despite the fact that I chose standard delivery!
