I still haven't received my order with…

I still haven't received my order with no updates or reasons. The website said 1-2days, it was ordered 6th Dec and still hasn't arrived or been dispatched and it's now 19th Dec. It was the gift for my daughter's birthday, so I'm very disappointed.

Delay in delivery of product

Delay in delivery of product. Tried telephoning no answer. Automated reply to ring between opening hours which I had. Emailed company and told they would reply in 48 hrs. Product was out for delivery following day. Communication not good very disappointing

I received my order and realised I…

I received my order and realised I hadn’t got the right package with the stroller I bought. I only got the newborn pack and would needed a different back for 6 months plus. The products are discounted at the moment so I’d miss out on the discount buying the extra bit separately. I spoke to customer services who said I have to send the whole order back to get a refund and then reorder again. I’m 39 weeks pregnant with a toddler, just before Christmas. I’m super disappointed they couldn’t have just sorted it out over the phone and sent me the extra bits I needed. Customer service that lacks basic common sense and authority is infuriating.

I have purchased multiple items…

I have purchased multiple items including a cot on 28/11/2024 . It’s the 18/12/2024 and i am still waiting for my delivery. I contacted them and so far they replied once saying that will be delivered early this week. Still no delivery and no response from emails. Very disappointed as we paid for the items that we currently don’t have and have no updates. I am having a baby soon and have no items, wanted them sorted before Christmas! Very disappointed company! They better refund me asap or this will have to be taken legal actions!!

Had to change delivery address due to a berievment in the family and customer service were absolutely fantastic. Toy arrived on time and I thank the company for the extra effort they made to make 2 little boys very happy despite losing their grandfather this Christmas. Brilliant company
