I bought the Cybex Libelle Stroller for a trip abroad. It's a really neat and compact product and to top it...the delivery was super quick!

We had wonderful experience with NBS. Only point is that their exchange policy is not very efficient, rather then sending item back for exchange, they ask to return the items, get the refund and then order a new product! This took really long. They also charge for return.

We had an issue with the item we purchased but had very good costumer service from Abdi. He was patient, kind and helped us come to a resolution. This increased my faith in Natural Baby Shower as I think this is where you see how good and trustworthy a company really is. Extremely responsive costumer service. I will continue to buy from them in the future.
