Products delivered on time with guaranteed next weekday delivery service, super speedy just as I wanted. Good eco packaging by the company for smaller parts of my order (stroller accessories) the other package was the stroller itself still in the manufacturers original box which was very sturdy and very well packaged. Company seems to offer a lot of advice and help with buying and making the right decision for you if you require help from their emails I’ve been sent. This is great and although I haven’t used the service myself it’s really lovely and it can be overwhelming if it’s your first baby. Only a few days earlier than this I made a purchase with another baby company I won’t name and had a very bad experience, terrible communication, they said the item was in stock and when it didn’t arrive next day I had to contact them only to be told it was on pre order and wouldn’t arrive with them for 2 weeks! They only seemed interested in the sale. Natural Baby Shower however are a genuine brilliant company and the Joolz Aer+ products I received are fantastic so a great supplier of top brands. There was a discount code on the website so I got a really great deal too and I collected points by making an account and already have a £12 voucher from the points for my next purchase. I will definitely order again from here.
