Great customer service, quick delivery and beautiful product!

I ordered a Stokke Jetkids Bedbox which was slightly cheaper from NBS than any other site. Happy with the purchase and price. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars rather than 5 is because it took about 2 weeks to arrive but good communications from the team when I emailed them to chase the delivery.

We didn’t actually get the chair because we accidentally ordered the wrong one but the customer services is brilliant and so helpful and they got the chair sent back and we got refunded.

Firstly Website stated one item in the order was awaiting stock in 7/10 days, a month and 2 calls later they said they couldn't fulfill that part of the order. Sent the rest but one part never arrived, spoke to the customer services team who resent another one two weeks later for today, however when it arrived it was completely the wrong item. Just been a mess from start to finsh

I had to make a last minute change and they did it quickly and delivered the purchase in my hotel.

I wanted this item for a 1st birthday present for my granddaughter most retailers were out of stock but Natural Baby Shower had one and at a good price. As it is a present it has not yet been used but it arrived promptly and I have had good communication from thr company. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.
