I never got my shoes!!!...I checked with my Dolores Post Office because FedEx said they transferred my package there..and my post office said they never received a pkg for me from Heartland...FedEx refused to recognize your tracking number and would not connect me to a customer service rep. So ...I would rather have my Grandsons shoes..but if not...a refund would be your best bet...so you know..this is my second disappointment....so ill have ton hard pressed to ever order from you again!!!
