My instructor seemed pushy about booking my hours as soon as possible and way before my test in janraury. He also hasn’t been asking when is best to book my lessons but telling me when they are which doesn’t work for me as i have busy work life at the moment.

I went into this experience really nervous but had such a great driving instructor. I couldn’t fault him at all, unbelievably patient and believed in me when I didn’t myself! So thank you Rob, I really couldn’t have done it without you!

I booked previous months February and paid deposit, then pay the whole lot of the course, didn’t finalise driver can’t do due to operation, disputing my 1,205.00 but said deposit will keep it and couldn’t be refunded? I’m gutted that I worked hard for £150.00 and can’t be refunded? What a shame company like this to keep your hard earning.

booked pass me fast, and told they would help us get a test in February... yawn. I could do that myself. emailed to cancel, told have to ring. they've called me twice and HUNG up when I answer. said open 9-5 when I call says lines closed.
