We have purchased at Gel Pocket 1000 King Size after spending a weeks fantastic sleep on the same mattress whilst on holiday in Spain. We have meant to change our mattress for a while but with busy lives we just had not got round to testing the many thousands out there. Stuart was very helpful with our enquiry and was able to arrange next day delivery. It’s only been a few days but the difference is amazing.

I visited the store a couple of times before I committed to a purchase and on both occasions I received excellent service and both gentlemen were very informative and helpful. There was no hard sell or badgering and I was able to spend time looking around without being hounded. I placed my order on the second visit, satisfied with my selection. I did have a change to make once I returned home but a quick call to Stuart and he took care of everything. I was told the mattress would arrive in 2 weeks and it did, delivery to me took place quickly and the team were very efficient and courteous. I am delighted with my choice. It's Bedtime has been extremly professional, friendly and helpful from the moment we went into the shop through to purchasing, delivering and assembeling our bed and we can only recommend shopping from them. We will definitely be back for bedside tables and for the mattress. We could have had the bed on the day we bought it but we asked for it to be delivered on the day of our move which was very convenient. Tim and Stuart are very knowledgable and made the decision on which bed to buy very easy for us by helping us choose based on our need and taste.
