We had a problem with our mattress. The shop sent a replacement in two days. Absolutely brilliant service. Can not fault them

The staff at Itsbedtime were so helpful. From buying a bed to delivery . When our bed base wasn't ready in time (due to delays caused by COVID-19) , they loaned us one . I will definitely be recommending them .

I was concerned about ordering a bed over the phone but Tim’s advice and professional knowledge made it easy. He asked all the right questions and was able to suggest a couple of options giving me every confidence the bed would be exactly what my mother in law needed. The bed arrived as arranged, the delivery men were polite and helpful and my mother in law is very pleased with the style and quality. Thank you very much.
