I bought a sofa bed and it is the best, I haven't slept so well for years and the sofa part is so comfortable. The staff were helpful and very polite. Love it, would recommend this shop to everybody couldn't be better. Thank you to all at it's bed time.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff provide excellent customer service both in-store (Stanway) and at the point of delivery. Really pleased with the bed, it's well made and very comfortable.

Wondered into one of their shops in Colchester today and was immediately greeted by a friendly shop assistant who did everything in his power to help us get the bed we wanted. He even contacted the manufacturer to check to see if they could get us the bed alterations that we wanted. Brilliant. So a huge thank you to Tim at the Colchester store!.
