I love the atmosphere in this store. It is exactly how you would want it to be. I enquired about pillows after experiencing difficulty in getting comfortable which was keeping me awake and causing a stiff neck. I was advised to try their Advanced Microfibre pillow and it's really helped my sleep quality. Now I just need more time for rest!

I needed a new bed for my elderly mother immediately. It had to be a specific height and the staff spent time with me deciding the best option. As the base had to be made to specific measurements they delivered the mattress that afternoon and took the wheels off the base on my mother’s bed to make it a safe and optimum height until the new base could be delivered. The deliveries themselves were efficient and on time and the staff again were very kind and helpful. I would not hesitating in recommending this company if you want excellent products and service.

Excellent customer service. I was given a walk through of all products that fit my requirements,very patiently which left me impressed. It was the post sales service that clearly transitioned me from being 'impressed' to being 'delighted'! Regular follow ups, delivery on the expected time and date and they also cleared up after! I wish more vendors could learn from Itsbedtime! Kudos team Itsbedtime!!

Bought our bed from Tim who was really helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions very honestly. When bed arrived had some small concerns, Tim & Dennis came round to sort problem, but also added if we were still not happy, would replace bed if we wished. Excellent service wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

We are very pleased with our Sofabed from ItsBedtime. It was perfect for an influx of grandchildren over Christmas, but folds away neatly when not needed as a bed, yet is still comfortable to sit on. Tim listened to what we needed and guided us to the best solution for our situation, and at a reasonable price too.

Saved the day after being let down by Bedkingdom who left my 5 year old without a bed for the weekend. Man in the shop could not have been more helpful. Sold me the bed off the shop floor, dismantled it and wrapped it all carefully for collection and even made sure there were a set of instructions to use to re-build it. Would use them again.
