I needed to arrange for the same day delivery of a bed to an elderly relative being discharged from hospital that morning. Not living in her area, I wasn't optimistic at such short notice, however Itsbedtime provided fantastic service - they were knowledgeable, friendly and delivered within four hours, making the whole process easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

All the staff we had contact with were knowledgeable and professional. The bunk bed was delivered and installed within 9 days, which, experience tells me, is quick for most furniture nowadays. I like the one hour delivery slots, which was kept to. The fitters assembled the bed quickly and carefully and tidied up/hoovered up on completion. My wife had them move the bed around whilst she decided exactly where she wanted the bed, which they did without moaning. One small comment, I did have to chase delivery twice, as we were told it would be delivered within 7 days but when we hadn't been contacted to arrange a delivery slot, I chased them up and got a prompt reply, so all good.

The salesman was very good and knowledgeable. The price was good and the delivery time was excellent. The bed is very comfortable. All in all a very satisfactory deal.

Honestly could not recommend this company enough! Was serviced by Tim who has amazing knowledge in the beds and was a fantastic salesman. My bed was meant to be delivered on 18th however, come on the 11th. The men put it together really quickly and took their rubbish away! 10000% you should use this company!!
