Efficient,friendly,helpful, everything went smoothly from choosing to fitting

We were on holiday for a couple of weeks and we left 123 Floor to replace our hall, stairs and landing. We had Ted Todd fitted in the hall which looks amazing. A Roger Oats runner fitted up the stairs, simply the best, and plain carpet on the landing. 123 worked with our decorator to organise timings for each phase and the finished job is stunning. Can't thank you guys enough, no hesitation in recommending you.

I had several quotes over a period of a year or more, but kept putting off having the flooring replaced in the greater part of the ground floor of my house as I couldn't face the hassle. However, 123floor made it all so simple and were competitively priced. Rob gave a no nonsense fully inclusive quote. Charlie dealt with any queries I had, deposit and final payment. Fitters Alan and Jazz were brilliant. I'm very pleased with my choice of Quickstep Impressive 8mm IM1854 which looks light but doesn't seem to show the dirt. I chose not to have edging strips so I had to have existing skirting boards removed and new primed white ones replaced with very little mess. Several kitchen plinths were removed and trimmed to fit with new raised floor level and seven doors were trimmed and rehung. Naturally I had to empty furniture myself but contending with moving around 6 units was included in my quote and all were carefully put back in place. The work was to be done 3 weeks after quote but was brought forward as I filled an unexpected postponed job slot and the work was completed in two days. To be honest I was dreading it but in actual fact it all went very smoothly and wasn't as bad as I had imagined. The only thing I would do differently would be to put dustsheets over the piles of glasses, books and 'stuff' I stacked around from emptied units as it was a quite dusty work but that can't be helped of course. I would recommend 123floor without hesitation from my own personal experience.

We wanted a good quality oak flooring installed, and settled on Ted Todd as the supplier of choice. We saw the options at the 123 floor showroom in London, which had a great range of quality wooden flooring. We selected the wood we wanted, and 123floor arranged the fitting within about 2 weeks. The fitters arrived as expected, and worked solidly without a break for about 5/6 hours and did a great job installing the floor, and cleaned up when the job was finished. The work was done faultlessly and quickly. We would recommend the company to anyone.

An excellent experience from my initial visit to the store right through to the carpet fitting. No hesitations in meeting my request for the quote to be broken down either. Professional and friendly whilst measuring up too. Lending me samples to choose from was a definite advantage also. Very friendly company and the quote was very competitive against other independent carpet suppliers in St Albans. High quality underlay and a fabulous choice of carpets to choose from. Hard working, profesional and polite fitter too. Have used before and would definitely use again.
