Rob was very helpful in explaining how our stair runner would be fitted as it wasn't straight forward and helping us with our choice of carpet and matching braid. Tesni was very efficient and our carpet fitter was excellent. We had a time constraint too and everyone in 123floor tried to accommodate us. It looks fabulous and we are thrilled with our transformed staircase.
