Had new carpet fitted up stairs, on landing and in three bedrooms. Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful, as always (have bought laminate from them in the past) and advised us on a suitable carpet for a family home with young kids. When the same carpet was located elsewhere for a cheaper price, Charlie agreed to match it. Tony, the fitter, laid the whole lot by himself in one day, which is no mean feat, and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend 123 Floor and will continue to use them in the future. Very, very happy with our carpets from 123 floor. Charlie has been amazingly helpful and patient with delays and indecision on our side as we slowly refurbished our home. Great service from start to finish with Rob measuring up and Tony doing a superb job on fitting our carpets, particularly on our open tread staircase. I didn't particularly want carpet for our bedrooms, landing and stairs - preferring hardwood - but having been overruled by my husband, I now absolutely love the result. I obtained other quotes elsewhere but 123 were extremely competitive without the constant hard-sell 'phone calls I ended up receiving from other local companies. Don't look elsewhere - you won't find better.

We had quotes from 3 different companies. 123floor were not the cheapest but after talking to them, we felt most confident in their ability to do what was quite a large and complex job (replacing the flooring in most of our downstairs area). Rob was very patient with our many questions so there were no surprises when they actually came to do the work. We are absolutely thrilled with the results!
