From start to finish every little detail was professionally explained, advised and completed. There was no hard sell but instead we had recommendations that would better suit our needs and budgets. The installation was fast, tidy and to a very high standard. We would defiently use and recommend 123floor again.

Extremely pleased with the service from this local company. Polite, friendly, efficient and helpful - we recommend 123floor whole-heartedly. The initial consultation was arranged and they came when they said they would (not always the case...) and measured up, bringing plenty of samples for us to choose from. The fitting itself was very smooth, with Tony working flat out to get the whole lot done and dusted in one day (again, as promised). All old carpets were removed, furniture put back, and vacuuming done with a minimum of fuss and a lot of good humour. Thank you so much! 5 stars

I purchased carpet for our new loft conversion from 123 flooring. I have two young children and it is very difficult to get out with them, so samples were delivered to my door for me to chose from. When a decison was made, the carpet was ordered and fitted in a matter of days! Tony the fitter was very friendly, professional & did a fantastic job in just a few hours.
