The staff in the shop more than exceeded my expectations of customer service, they were extremely helpful in helping me choose which flooring options would compliment my decor ideas. I was provided with great brochures which they initially guided me through in the shop. Measuring service was prompt and fitting was sooner than expected which coincided with my timescale. Other flooring shops can compete in terms of product, but certainly not in their professionalism and friendly behaviour.

The true measure of a company is not when things go well but how they are handled when they don't!! Having just completed a sizeable refurb where everything that could go wrong did - we were exhausted to learn that our floor primer had reacted badly to our screed. We spoke to Charlie who arranged for Rob and Kevin to come out asap. Everything possible was done with no fuss to correct the situation and replace the floor where necessary. We can honestly say that 123 flooring were brilliant - no fuss, no hassle just unusually great customer service. Would definitely recommend them

Very professional service throughout. Prompt arrival to discuss my requirements.Carpet samples that actually reflected my thoughts on colour range, utility and price. Prompt arrival again for fitting which was carried out efficiently and considerately. Very pleased with results and will use 123floor again. I will happily recommend this company.

Charlie and the team did an excellent job. High quality Ted Todd wooden flooring supplied and fitted at less than we were quoted by another company whose flooring was inferior quality. The whole job was done in 2 days and they made the whole think no hastle ans worry free.

We may be biased having been without carpet for 4 years of renovations, but we are delighted with the new underlay and carpet. 123floor made the process easy: Rob guided us through the overwhelming choice of carpets in their store and helped us select an underlay and carpet. He and Charlie provided a quote and an early installation time for part of the fitting (helpful accommodating a phased fitting). Leigh fitted the carpets; he was polite and quick, and did a very good job. I had previously purchased my amtico flooring from 123floor too, and have been pleased with that also. Top marks - with the carpet installed, the house is quiet, warm and comfortable. I feel as if I'm in a luxurious hotel, and am looking forward to the other half of the house being completed.

I am not someone to usually write reviews... however in this case I have been completely blown away by the service and attention to detail. I expect a lot from anything we pay for and 123floiring really delivered... the customer service was amazing, so much so people really went out of their way to help and anything we needed was dealt with so efficiently. Charlie was remarkable especially when dealing with hundreads of customers over the busiest time of the year. I would recommend them to anyone looking for flooring services. Luke
