This is the second fitting by 123floor I have had this year. The fitter is polite, careful, pleasant and thorough. The company have been reliable, I think the prices are reasonable and I am very pleased with the flooring provided so far. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will use them again.

Excellent service, top notch materials, quality workmanship and fitting in home. Contract had to split due to unexpected plumbing delays. Programme was adjusted, completed most satisfactorily, despite out of sequence working. Commendable performance start to finish.

Just had 123 fit my daughters bedroom in a design Amtico floor and it looks so good. From the first minute I walked into their store and was greeted by Charlie, everything has been run completely seamlessly. Rob came to my house and came up with a design that has absolutely wowed us. The fitter Paul was such a nice guy and was extremely polite and cleaned up after himself, I’m so relieved that I choose 123. Initially we went to another similar shop by mistake, there's no comparrison. A very happy customer that will highly recommend 123 Floor to everyone.

A professional team from start to finish, great advice given by Charlie is the shop, with the pros and cons given to all of the different wood floor finishes. Rob came to measure up and prepare the quote,this was all done very quickly in great detail with great advice given for preparing the rooms for the fitters. The quote provided was very competitive and was with us the day after measuring up. Chris the fitter worked very quickly, was very polite and finished the flooring and skirting board fitting ahead of time. The look of the new floor is amazing. Thanks to a great team.

The service we got was brilliant! They were very flexible to move our bookings to allow for delays on completion and the job both the carpet fitter and Amtico fitter did was excellent. Rob and Charlie were both very helpful and accommodating throughout! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
