123 Floor work with the kitchen company I am using. They were recommended to me by them to fit flooring in my kitchen. They took the time to help me select the right flooring, going through designs and product ranges. I didn't feel rushed. Having selected the flooring, they were prompt in coming round to measure up, ordering the product and fitting it. My experience of choosing the flooring and all stages of its fitting were good..

Charlie @ 123floor was very knowledgeable and patient and gave us good honest advice when we were picking our carpet and we were also able to take lots of samples home before making our final decision. Received very good guidance on the various carpets available; advised on the grades together with their pros and cons. From the measuring and final laying it was carried out on time with telephone calls returned and emails answered.The attention to detail is superb!
