I had Amtico Signature fitted to a hall floor. It was fitted by Paul in a very efficient and professional manner - and it was no surprise that his experience spanned many years. The accuracy of the fit around the skirting is superb. Even the fit of the plywood base was flush to the skirting. This was my first purchase with 123 and it was very easy to contact Charlie in the shop. It was Rob who initially visited my home to measure and his advice clearly demonstrated a lot of experience too. It was really useful to get large boarded samples laid on the floor before choosing a design. Need to think about the rest of the house now and I'll certainly be back to 123.

From the 1st enquiy, measuring of our rooms and the laying of the floors we had excellent customer service. The whole team are very friendly and accomdidating to our needs, although they are very busy the turn around was very quick! We are extremely happy with our flooring and would use again. We have already recommended to friends!

Overally very happy with the service provided. Had to change dates for fitting a number of times with no problem. Good, helpful fitters. Only 2 issues were value for money could have been a little better and they go through some very busy times so waiting for fitting can have a lead time of 4-5 weeks

'Wood ' laminate looks very nice and the skirtings and fitting is of a very high standard.
