Very pleased with every aspect of our purchase from 123 Floor from the moment we stepped into the show room, with great advice from Charlie, no pressure selling approach through to the fitting. I have a new Amtico floor in my kitchen and I'm very pleased with it. The whole process with 123floor was professional and efficient and I recommend them.

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The Amtico product we chose is good quality and the colour matches our room perfectly. However, I can't help but be disappointed that my new flooring is uneven in places, with several visible dips, bumps and ridges. I suspect the flooring preparation was not adequate. It is such a shame as we were hoping for a good quality finish. Amtico is not cheap, but the finished result does resemble a much cheaper lino-type flooring with undulations across the surface.

Rob and Charlie were highly professional from the start. From the first visit, where they've explained absolutely everything and answered all the questions, to replying to every email within minutes, to the handling of the order, to installation - absolutely everything went to plan and the floor looks better than we expected! The installer was very detailed and, needless to say, we are more than happy! Would definitely recommend!
