From advice on which floor would best suit the underfloor heating system, to the fitter who was so very skilled and competent in fitting it, that all my family were very impressed with the "finished product". Then the carpet fitters, who were like ghosts, not seen or heard and had the new carpets in place, leaving no other trace of their presence! Charlie and his team are to be highly recommended for their service from the first visit to their showroom to the final installation of the floor and carpets.

A huge thank you to Charlie & Rob for an outstanding job, I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and all the advice and help to make our final choices. The layout of the carpets in the shop was so helpful. We wanted a warm grey colour carpet, so it was much easier to see the tones side by side as they are displayed by colour, rather than by manufacturer. Both Charlie and Rob have immense product knowledge and experience which was apparent when they did the survey. As we had a few tricky problems to overcome they instantly came up with a few solutions...And now the carpets are down, you wouldn't even know those problems existed. That was also down to the expert fitters. We also ordered a carpet runner for the stairs, so many options, with edging types, widths... They knew exactly what would look good and now whenever visitors arrive they always comment on how stunning the stairway looks! It's like having your own personal design team! Our building site of a house, finally looks like a cosy home ...credit to 123floor. They never lost patience or enthusiasm for getting it right in all the months that I pestered them! Can't thank them enough! Would recommend them all day long.
