Ordered quickstep flooring for home office, vinyl for bathroom and carpet for stairs, landing and 2 bedrooms. It was very helpful to be able to take some samples home with us to check colours. 3 separate installations went very smoothly and we are very pleased with the results. Thanks to Charlie and the flooring, vinyl and carpet laying teams who were all quick, efficient and tidy. This is the 2nd time we've used 123Floor and we'd make them our first choice the next time we are looking for flooring.

This company really has service at the fore front of their ethos. From the moment we contacted them,we had helpful advice. One-off the partners measured our floor and helped advise on the suitable vinyls. We picked out what we wanted, and then their own fitters came and installed - very clean and tidy, plus polite, courteous and offered professional advice. The whole service that is given I would say is above the level of John Lewis or Selfridges, which from a local company offering reasonable prices means top 5 stars from us!

We approached 123 Floor as we required some "short term" flooring installed throughout a new property that we are looking to occupy yet fully develop in the next year or so. With this in mind we wanted something as cost effective as possible but that didn't look "cheap". Charlie spent plenty of time showing the best options available and suggesting areas that would save money, and where to spend a little more to achieve the best overall results to both meet our budget and get the look we were after. Rob came out and measured up with no issues while the property was practically a building site and the flooring was ordered and fitted thoughtfully, with the fitters working around both us and the builders, due to the tight timescales involved. Communication is key - and Charlie kept us informed every step of the way. When a slight delay in the fitting of a couple of rooms became evident, again this was discussed beforehand and resolved quickly and rearranged to suit ourselves. The team at 123 Floor made the whole process from start to finish a pleasant and stress free affair, and we will be returning to them when we complete the next round of development works.

We have used this company twice and both times found them to be knowledgable about their products and efficient when it came to arrangements for measuring up and laying the flooring. Would definitely use them again
