After having many quotes, we went into 123carpet and we're really happy to see at last carpets in colour order, much easier to pick style etc. service was excellent from start to finish, we got our quote within a day and booked the following. Communication was fabulous and the fitters were respectful to our newly decorated home. Would definitely use again for the rest of the house.

Helpful in choosing suitable carpet

I have used 123flooring for all but 2 of my flooring requirements. On those 2 occasion's I decided to try somewhere else. What a mistake! Poor quality carpets. Not only do you get excellent quality from 123floring but the staff are extremely knowledgeable and always professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Me and my partner were getting carpet for our first house and asked for home visit to discuss options, appointment made for convenient time and room measured and choices discussed. I hired 123Floor to carpet my entire three-bedroom house to prepare it for sale. I was unable to get to the showroom so Rob brought samples to my house for me to see and I was very impressed by his knowledge of the product range and his ability to understand my needs as a customer and vendor. Very good service. The carpet came when expected and the carpet layers were very capable - they laid the carpet in the time stated. We were very pleased with the carpet when it was first laid - it is balling but I spoke to Rob and he said that this will happen and could go on for the next 6months - a year. We look forward to enjoying the carpet to the full when this balling has finished.

I have used 123 Flooring several times before and have always been extremely pleased with their service and the quality of the products. They are always the best price in the local area. This time I wanted an amtico wood look on the landing and master bedroom but at a lower cost. Charlie recommended Vusta Vitesse which is a new product which is fitted onto a black 'magnetic' sheet and therefore the fitting time is much quicker and the cost reduced. Plus the height of the floor is negligible so no need to plane the bottom of doors and it fits flush to the wall and skirting so no need for beading. We are thrilled with the results and would recommend and use the product and 123 Flooring again.
