Paid for in Dec 2021. Still nothing
Ordered/paid in Dec, sons Xmas present. I heard nothing, DM’d in Jan/feb/March. Despite assurances no litelok, no comms. Am at an utter loss as what to do. Unbelievably poor customer service.

The Magical Mystery Invisible Lock
I have read the reviews here with interest, some people have waited 5 months for a lock. That’s nothing, I ordered my LiteLok Core Moto on 21st April 2021, almost a year ago. Will this turn up? I have absolutely no idea, last time I emailed a moan I had what I imagine is a copy and paste email thanking me for my money.. I genuinely don’t know if this will ever turn up. What could be a thriving and successful company seems to me to be a bit of a joke.

Proper poor customer service, happy to take your cash mind, Ordered 2 locks 6th Jan. Contacted them end of Jan as not recieved locks or updates, assured in an e mail that shipping would be imminent, 28th March still no locks or update. Shipping obviously slow boat on the Reddish Canal. Looking forward to an update. Fortunately bikes were stolen & awaiting replacement by insurance company so no major hurry...
Poor delivery times
Ordered Litlok core moto back end of last year, still waiting for it, just get fobbed off with delivery dates. It may be a good product but processing orders is pants. Web site currently states order now, delivery will be mid to end of April. Dream on. At the least advise people of a very long wait for delivery before they place the order. At least you have gained intrest on my money.

Ordered Litelok core, no confirmation of order. No reply to email. No phone number to contact customer service. Nothing. Only thing that has happened is money taken from my account. Assuming is a scam website. Looking to contact trading standards and bank. Okay, l have just received an email from Litelok same day as review posted, Thank you Litelok for apology, a copy of my order and a potential delivery date. Fingers crossed.
Shocking wait times
Ordered a Litelok back in October 2021 as part of my husband’s Christmas present. I have constantly had to email the company myself to ask for updates on when it will be shipped as they have not bothered to let me know. I’ve been fobbed off with various issues as to why it wouldn’t be coming or why there was a new delay and in all honesty I think they had forgotten about the customers who were placing individual orders. It has finally arrived this morning after 5 months of waiting which is absolutely ridiculous, it took less time to build my new car and ship it from Germany! Their customer service is shocking and I don’t think we would deal with them direct again as they only seem to care about the bulk buyers or YouTubers!

I have been waiting for my order for one week now and I still haven’t received anything. Still waiting for a response as well as I have already emailed them. Communication skills are awful, am thinking of contacting the bank to get a refund as I can’t get a hold of anyone anyway. Even if your lock is good, I would rather get a half decent one faster.

After a motorbike show at the start of December 2021 I decided to take the plunge and buy an expensive litelok. However delay after delay, shocking communication and customer service from this company. I would not recommend buying the lock. If you do, ensure you know the item is in stock and if not in stock don’t waste your time. It took 4 months for me to get mine and I was left chasing them for an update on the order. four of my friends also bought them at the same time and still two of them haven’t had them yet! Despite being given dates for delivery. Reason for delays was not due to supply chain, the issue was with the lock mold.
