The LITELOK core is a great lock to carry when out and about, much lighter and easier to to use than the chain I had used previously! Very happy now that it has arrived, definitely meets my expectations. Previously I had given 1 star due to the lock being ordered in April 2021, and there being not much communication on when it would actually be delivered almost a year later. Subsequently the team have been in touch and got the lock delivered in the timetable communicated. New rating based on first couple of uses of the lock and the improvement in communication.

Long time coming this tough lightweight, portable lock is second to none.

Update 5/11/22 - Well I had to provide an Update as I see and can appreciate all the critical Reviews regarding lead times and lack of delivery. Today I received my Red Core Moto which was received in under a week from my ReOrder. Product packaging, keys, storage sack and all. Lock function is smooth and secure. Hopefully this is sign that the company and fulfillment has turned the corner. Update 2/11/22 - I have been in Contact with Rachel for Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Expectations. She has communicated that Core Moto Locks are in Full Production and once they catchup on the Backlog of PreOrders turn-times should improve significantly. I am choosing to wait until this is goal is met to Place my Order for a Red CORE Moto 125. I look forward to hearing back from Rachel in Customer Service soon, Placing and Receiving my Order...so I can finally provide an honest Review of the Actual Product

Outstanding communication and customer service. Had a few conversations with Hannah who is an absolute asset to the company! Had a little play with the new lock and the quality is outstanding, I’m glad I backed this project!

Despite the long wait for their new generation of locks, it was all worth it. The new lock is great - the strongest bicycle lock on the market - and their customer service is excellent - very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Fantastic products, and a pleasure to do business with!

STILL WAITING for my two Litelok core locks that I pre ordered months ago. I’ve been offered a refund but that’s not what I want. I have two new expensive ebikes to protect and that’s why I choose these highly rated locks. However I’m fed up with the continued delays now months after they were promised. I’ve now had to shell out more money for alternative locks in the mean time and feel I should be compensated for this. I do not want a refund I just want the locks that I purchased!

Massive delays, poor communication. Same as the majority below. Massive delays of Core Likelok PRE ORDER and still no confirmation when I can expect to receive it. Shockingly poor communication. Expecting some form of discount or extra for waiting for 6+ months (and no I don’t want a refund - just the lock I ordered). I never review… so this should show how frustrating the entire process has been.

The litelok core moto 125 has now arrived in red with an orange cover all looks great 👍 shame about the long wait but it at least it has now arrived. Looks top quality .

Placed an order for a LiteLok Core in November. Delivery stated to be mid-November. With no warning or explanation, delivery was pushed back to December. Come December and delivery was pushed back to mid-Jan 2022. No apology, no communication whatsoever. Abysmal customer service.
