Over 4 months and still waiting

Over 4 months and still waiting Prescription ordered on 23rd June and still waiting for delivery ( it's now 9th November). My local pharmacy can get the medication for next day delivery. Response from Lloyds is "we're having problems with our supplier". If they had any common sense or care for their customers they would have changed suppliers who are obviously incompetent. Shocking customer service!! I've now had a response from Lloyds Online which I quote from: "I've chased this up further and we're unable to get a hold of xxxxx' s medication with no set date from our suppliers. This means that we cannot yet dispense your medicine and we don't know when it'll be available again." I can't believe a response like this. It seems like they are tied to a single supplier, which is buisness suicide. An organisation like Lloyds claim to be must surely have multiple suppliers and if one supplier is unable to supply a particular medication they can obtain it from a different supplier. To me it seems like Lloyd's approach is very dangerous and could cause great difficulty to its customers. The latest response from Lloyds is: "There are a few reasons why orders might be slowed down by stock, and I'm sorry for the impact this has had on you. We're a pharmacy that deals with a high volume of orders daily, weekly and monthly, and we don't have the physical space to bulk buy and save stock the way your local chemist might do. We do keep you updated via the status updated within Medicine and the more detailed timelines if you select an item and then Request details. We process stock according to confirmed orders and predicted volumes, and this does mean that, if there is a hold-up in the medicinal supply chain, it can affect Lloyds Direct before it affects brick-and-mortar sites. At times, this might mean your local Lloyds has a certain item available when we do not." These excuses are totally unacceptable to me.

Reminders and quick delivery

Reminders and quick delivery Although the packaging needs to be slimmer to fit through the letterbox. It was fine before but recently noticed the boxes are fatter- even the postman has noticed the change, as he is the one who quashes it through.

Much improved

My last review was scathing to say the least, but at the time the experience I had was pretty poor to say the least. During recent months however, Lloyds Direct has been efficient, reliable, and usually fairly fast to send the numerous medications my mother needs. Also the reminder communications regarding when to order or take medications have been punctual. Sometimes they do not have one medication or other, which by default, delays all other medications in the order, unless you request them to send what they do have, and it is for this reason it's 4 and not the full 5 stars. That said, the service is now very good and I would recommend them.

It's so easy, I get sent a reminder when to order, just tick what I want, that's it, delivered straight to my door, it's so easy.

I am not happy for the service

I am not happy for the delay of dispensing my medication for more then 5 times , if I am not checking to ask my surgery , you have received the prescription , This is totally unacceptable! I am telling your pharmacy that is not professional.
