I order from you, as you have reminded me. Doctors say it’s too early to order. Then you cancel orders because your system isn't working for over several months! Then when i order from my doctors who send you my prescription direct, you then email me requiring me to confirm i ordered the prescription you've been sent directly from my doctor for me, who id originally ordered from you thats stored on the file as repeat prescriptions , that is also stored on your computer system! Useless un reliable and then you send them in huge boxes miles bigger than needed that wont go through a letterbox…… Oh and don't get me started on my asthma inhalers that you send in a huge box wrapped up in half a carpet bagged on ice! Why? Its not like asthmatic are going to carry them on ice for weeks until used. Total overkill Then pharmacy 2U keep pestering me with emails to use them!…i am you idiots Its harassment

I cannot login with the same login details, it asks me for my login details and doesn’t complete the process. I am mow without medicine and have been for over a week. This new website is awful. Never known anything that should be simple, be this stressful.

6 months on from my last review lloyds direct still can't supply medication on time had to wait 2 months for eye drops and other medication before my prescription was sent Could of gone to my local pharmacy to get my prescription if I didn't want to wait until out of stock items were back in stock I didn't sign up to an online pharmacy to have to go and pickup prescription locally I signed up to have medication delivered to my door

I think it slows up the process of getting the medication ,because I ask the doctor to prescribe and authorise my repeat prescription, then you , a day or two latter email me asking if I need the medication so then nothing happens if it gets to the weekend ,it's a bore . this happens most times,
