Made to pay for HRT despite prepaid certificate, told money would be refunded. Three weeks later, no refund.
For some reason, despite putting my HRT on a separate order with nothing else on it, I was made to pay the £20 for it (despite having a prepaid certificate and on the premise that I would get a refund). Two weeks on, I still have no refund. Sent a message via the chat/email and it took nearly a week for an answer, in the meantime I called, and the representative told me I would have to wait until the end of October. This has never happened in the past and can only think it's due to the Pharmacy 2U takeover. I think this is ridiculous, it shouldn't take three weeks to refund someone. As a result, this will be the last order made with Lloyds Direct/Pharmacy2U.
Always have problems with the app not…
Always have problems with the app not updating, cancelled an order on Friday and still shows order cancelled on Tuesday which is when I need to order it as was put in to early. Messaged Lloyds direct Sunday expecting a reply Monday and still no reply on Tuesday I thought it took 24 hours to reply LIES! Always have an excuse rather than fixing the problems looking at going through the NHS app now as this is terrible customer service and very slow considering this is people’s medication that they need !
