Bought two cars at the same time, which we're very happy with. Was never once pressured. Would have given 5 stars but, there were a couple of little things that weren't deal breakers, just not attention to details. Examples... one car had a cookie in the center console and was missing all the plastic clips in one wheel well. Stupid stuff like that.

Going to this location was very convenient to where I live. Once I encounter the staff I had a good feeling of urgency and professionalism. Once I pay the money and signed all documents, it was all downhill from there. No one went over important information about the vehicles warrantee status, know one wanted to talk about the extra charges from car costing $19,000 & putting down $13,000 and me still owing 28,000. My car was not clean I had to pay to get it professionally clean and there is still an issue with the vehicle tire pressure not going above 30 PSI. From a money perspective I guess you guys are doing well from the customers perspective there’s a lot of room for growth.

I was somewhat happy with this dealership but wasn’t happy about the salesman telling me the car I purchased had navigation, which for me was a must on my list and come to find out it didn’t, I felt like he just said what I wanted to hear, I guess it’s my fault for not checking everything thoroughly on the car, also I just found out that the spare tire they said was in there wasn’t either, very disappointed about that, I’m sure they won’t do anything about that now that I’ve already purchased the car.

I thought I would never, ever buy a car from Eastern Motors, but after meeting Phillip and working with him I've changed my mind. I have a beautiful new 2015 KIA Sorrento !! Phillip and his co-worker were very helpful and patient and didn't make me feel rushed. I would recommend Eastern Motors to all of my friend. You'll be treated right and you'll be happy you went to Eastern Motors.
