Great selection, but it should've been faster and cleaner

We scheduled 3 test drives with Easterns after online research; they had the widest selection and best prices. Only 2 of the 3 vehicles had been transferred to our location, but they had something comparable for the third. Our salesman, Orlando, seemed new and forgetful, but he wasn't pushy and he genuinely wanted to make sure we found something we liked. When we liked the third, comparable model, we didn't see any reason not to buy it. The paperwork, however, took so long. Our daughter was hungry and fussy, and I never understood what we were waiting for and how we could speed things along. Once the paperwork was ready, we signed and were on our way. One of the things we were waiting on was a car wash, but it only seemed to be the outside. I asked Orlando to grab a towel for the worst of inside, but the doors, cupholders, and seats were still dirty. The "new car smell" is terrible. But, we forgot to transfer a few items from our trade-in, and they called quickly for us to pick them up, which was thoughtful. I should also add that, although Orlando was personal, he could have been a bit more professional. He asked us to email our electronic pay stubs to his personal email address and took our photo with his personal cell phone. I would've liked our personal information handled separately.

Salesman and Finance staff is a 10!

Salesman and Finance staff was well above a five! However... bought a car and the vehicle is running hot within the first few days, requires an oil change in 5,000 miles, missing the SD maps card, owners manual and a key. The car states it has 24,000 miles on it. The car was suppose to be there at 6:00 pm to test drive, promised in writing, it arrived at 9:00 pm. The staff gave me a bit of run around on this issue! The detailing of the car seriously lacks the standard I hold the company at. I appreciate thier hard work yet thier maintenance and detailing department need to be reviewed for improvement. It is easy to claim greatness. However, the journey demands humbleness, brand respect, optimized hard work and perseverance that sets those whom pretend to be the best from those whom are the best. To date I still await the correction of these items. Update... I am impressed with the attention to resolve this matter has been given since this post! Still in process but being noticed!!

Ask for Craig!

Ask for Craig. I researched and searched for the right vehicle for my wife's birthday for months. I went to dealerships all over the northern Virginia area and worked with various salesmen throughout the process. I had on more than one occasion, salesman locating vehicles outside of my 2 simple parameters (4wd and leather). I had one salesman that didn't know what an oil filter looked like in an engine bay. How do you sell a product you know nothing about?? Sheehy Ford actually failed to deliver a vehicle in "sellable" condition on my wife's birthday, thereby ruining her day. The car wasn't even detailed! These guys all relied on their phones for the answers... hold on let me look that up for you. KNOW YOUR PRODUCT! Craig at Eastern's enjoys cars > so he actually knows a thing or two about them... it was a breath of fresh air actually sitting down with someone who was able to answer all questions and who delivered on all requests. The end result - my wife couldn't be happier with the Lincoln Navigator that we purchased from Craig at Eastern's. Thank you sir!

Horrible service

Horrible service. The manager Ed lies through his teeth. Still waiting for a return phone call from him. I had to take the truck I bought somewhere else to get fixed after I bought it from easterns. Easterns had my truck for a week put 300 miles on it, it was covered in mud and had a receipt in the cup holder from walgreens in glen burnie during the time they were supposed to be fixing it. Called and told me it was fixed and the light came on on the dash as soon as I pulled off lot. Couldn't get the contract straight, i seen 4 different contracts before we finished. Kept trying to push roadside assistance on me. Never deal with this place again.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Tried to sell me a car that I didn't really want. They never took me out onto the lot to see other vehicles. Took forever just to verify my employment and such. Took forever to give me my refund. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Very bad experience with these people. After I paid them for the vehicle, they wouldn't let me take the car home immediately. They're jive asses.
