I liked the car I purchased from Eastern so far but my experience getting the car was UNACCEPTABLE. I was told lie after lie after lie. It seemed as if every person I talked to gave me a completely different answer then the previous person and that was so frustrating. Even down to the trade-in value of my car and how low they would bring my new car price down to. I was given a lot of false information. I am not a customer with bad credit or ANYTHING so I was surprised at all of the "run-around". On TOP of that the car I purchased didn't even have FULL TANK of gas when I left the lot and they said it was no one that could fill it up. The car also had paint stains or something INSIDE that I didn't notice. I had to get my brand new car detailed. (RIDICULOUS) I honestly should have walked away and not taken the car but I had been there so long that I just went through with it. (My Mistake) I honestly would never do business with them again.

Excellent service well balanced staff from salesman to management to the ladies in the back office. I had a life changing experience!!! Thank you Eastern Motors!!!! Definitely will recommend people to go check it out for yourself.

Honestly Great experience, our sales rep Phillip was fantastic he made the process easy & quick for us even made sure our kids were entertained.

Salesman-Albert was awesome! He was a trooper and worked with me for 6 hrs in the cold to find me a vehicle. The manager-Jeremiah helped me a great deal as well.. Wesley was an awesome sales person and did everything he could. The management however... wow. They are extreme... well... My car had an issue with the inspection, after I had started signing paperwork and had already signed over my trade in. They did not want to give me a loaner and wanted me to keep the original date (Saturday) on all the paper work. Nope. They gave me a loaner. My appointment was for 9am and I didn’t leave, with the loaner until almost 4pm... I come back on Monday to get my car after the inspection, the floor mats are all missing and the electronic keys fonts work... they tried to tell me the car didn’t have Floor mats and I could buy battles for the keys myself. Nope. Wesley managed to get the batteries replace, and ordered me the floor mats. I’m also getting my car redetailed when I go in to get my tags at no cost. All the paperwork still had the wrong date on it so it hade to be redone. That management needs to be cleaned up!
