The 1st car we brought home had a…

The 1st car we brought home had a problem and stopped working several times on the way home. Returned it next day and picked another vehicle that was similar and had a decent car fax (others in class didn’t). It was about $1000 more. Manager said he would take care of us and appreciated how we weren’t angry. But in the end, they did nothing to compensate us for all the extra time and effort. We live over an hour away and had to stop and restart the vehicle several times on the way back just to keep it running. And the manager actually told my husband “well if your wife didn’t have such expensive taste...”. Yet we were forced to make a choice since we couldn’t just walk away and find another vehicle at a different dealership...we left with a very bad feeling and will never return to Eastern’s.

I had EXCELLENT an experience at Easterns Motors! My sales person names was Boniface (Otis) ! He was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! I drove away with a Buick Regal that I just Love!!!!

The experience was perfectly fine but lots of lying.

The experience was perfectly fine. I was told that if I paid cash it wouldn't get reported to the IRS and that people came in and did it all the time... Which as a business owner I knew wasn't right... Only to be told later that I couldn't even put down a large deposit in cash. I specifically asked for a certain car and even set up an appointment and even got a call back stating that the car would be there when I got there only to find out that the person was not even allowed to tell me that that car would be available. I had a perfectly good experience buying a car I just don't like being told a bunch of things that are not true to make a sale. This happened alot here.
