Everyone was really nice, nobody tried to take advantage that I was alone and a nervous wreck. They are all great!

Craig Dewey went beyond what I expected to make sure everything went smooth - he found me the right car, he was able to make it work for me . He made the process easy and stress less . If you going to Eastern Motors in Sterling / Dulles he is the person I would highly recommend- the show room in sterling is pretty impressive.

I went into Eastern’s in Rosedale to inquire about a Nissan Altima last Thursday, the process went very quickly...I was approved within an hour and the car was on Its way from another location. I test drove It and fell in love with the vehicle! I signed ALL the documentation for the car but was having issues with adding it to my insurance policy and by that time I had been waiting over 5 hours. I came back the following day with my sister to give my finish my proof of insurance and take the car home. When my sales person told his manager (Ali) that I was ready to go he looked over my file in an attempt to lower/eliminate my down payment. Come to find out the Finance company they had me with does not accept my income. I have been self employed for 12 years, I currently have two vehicles and have never had an issue getting a car. I was told by Ali that he would figure it out, get me financed and would call me Monday morning. Monday I received NO phone call. By 4pm Monday I called my sales person who said to call the dealership and speak to a manager. I called 8 TIMES explaining why I needed to speak a manager and was transferred to a line where no one picked up. Finally, a manager picked up and I don’t remember his name but he literally argued with me , saying that he told me on Thursday that I had to put more money down. (How was I able to sign for the vehicle Thursday if they were requesting more money down than I was willing to pay?) I told him I wanted a letter stating that I never drove the car off the lot after I put insurance and signed on it as well as all my paperwork that verifies my income. The manager said ok and told me I can pick my documents and the letter up. Here we are on Tuesday. Here to pick up my documents. I arrived at 10:45 and sat for over two hours just for them to go into my file and give me my forms and a letter. All of the hassle I went through with Easterns, not ONE person apologized to me. I don’t NEED another car. This car was “want” for me. Between 3 days, 12 hours of WAITING, 5 hours of me driving to and from the dealership. I have not received one apology. As a business owner myself I know how important customer service is and I COULD have decided to come back when I was ready to pay more for a down payment, I COULD have left with no car and a smile if the managers would have followed up with me. Now I would NEVER EVER recommend Eastern motors. Your job is NOT your credit especially if your self employed. For the record my sales person Gabe Diaz was AWESOME, all of the sales representatives were polite and friendly!
