My sales consultant was beyond helpful. I am highly sure he did everything I had asked him to do, but the mechanics did not. I had asked my sales consultant to make sure my vehicle was clean. When I came to take my vehicle home I realized as soon as I got home that the inside of my car wasn't cleaned at all. On top of that, one of my rims was bent. Someone driving behind me noticed my back tire wobbling. They did step up and pay for the replacement though. My tires also BARELY passed inspection. They will not even last me a year, but overall, they are true on their word. I have 30 days covered and I am making sure my vehicle is 100% okay. They were very sorry when they heard I had a bent rim, they helped me through the process and paid for it all. I am now getting my car re-diagnosed to make sure everything else is okay and if not they will pay for whatever needs to be done. Just wish I didn't feel like I had to do this to make sure I am safe on the road.

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful!!! They helped me get the best deal on a fabulous car! The process was so smooth, timeless and the team made it effortlessly easy for me to come out with an awesome Mercedes!!! Highly recommend. No one is pushy in there like some car dealerships, they genuinely want to help you get the best deal on a perfect vehicle!

My credit really sucks but they got me in a car and Preston did whatever he could to make it happen, I never thought I could get a car but now here I am driving a new car with low miles!

I wish that I could say that my experience was great but I cannot. I am giving 2 stars because the salesperson Freddie was pleasant and accommodating. Now the finance person Amir was absolutely too much. I was totally honest from the beginning and I felt like that if my terms could not be met or even closely that they should have let me leave. The sales person picked me up from the rail station but told me that he could not leave to take me back or he would br disciplined. I had a long commute to meet him at the metrorail, Then I was at the dealership from around 11:30am until after 7pm. My blood sugar dropped and I began to shake, sweat, cry and more. Freddie got me something to eat. No matter how many times I wanted to cancel this ordeal Amir would not give up. This was absolutely awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. I left there in a bad financial bind that I had no intent on. Now I'm stuck, however I finally settled on a great car. They didn't do a good job detailing the car, and it was not even charged (Hybrid). NEVER AGAIN!!

I love this car lot they really get you in car of your choice no matter your credit, they going make sure u riding. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on getting u approved.
