Customer service was excellent from sales team but quality of vehicle was normal and clean up crew did not clean car or prep the car well.

I responded in a separate email. This was the worst car buying experience I ever had, you don’t keep your word on the warranty, you didn’t pay me back after I had the car fixed and send you the bill for two months and I had to call you several times to get you to do that. You wouldn’t fix all the problems with the car that were covered under the warranty. My wife wanted to buy a car from you but no way will I come back. The only good thing is the car is great. If you don’t live in the area (I live in Chesapeake Va.) don’t buy a car from them because they want to do everything at there shop and if you don’t go to them they may treat you as bad as they treated me

Overall I am happy with my purchase. Several of the steps felt a little clunky - a lot of giving information when all I wanted to do was test drive a particular car.

There was an issue getting the car to the eight place but the employees were very patient and paperwork was relatively painless
