Jeffery was my sales pro and he made the entire process a breeze. They brought an Audi S5 convertible I saw on their website to their Sterling location from Maryland so I could test drive it. No obligation and completely at their expense. No pressure and no hassle throughout the process. I used to avoid buying cars from "dealers" because I hate the old-school high pressure sales tactics, but that is not at all the case with Easterns. I highly recommend them.
