Poor customer service

Order ID: 905354 - It is a new Shimano Saragosa SWA, pre-order for Sept I placed order on Aug 4, 2020 and finally received an email on Sept 3 asking me if I received my order or not. They should know if they got the reels in and sent it! They have not respond to my email until now Sept 8. Customer service is deplorable.

Nonexistent customer service

Ordered a rod and some line weeks ago. The line came but the rod still hasn’t. They do not answer the phone and instead it is a voicemail telling you just send an email to them. This is for sales or customer service. It is impossible to get somebody on the phone and they don’t answer customer service related emails. I purchased this ride for an upcoming fishing trip and I can’t find out anything related to the status. Spend less money on buying ads and more money on customer service.

Never received an order

TackleDirect.com Delivery Confirmation - Response Requested (Order ID: 853193) Never received and ordered in May. Asked for partial cancelation. No reponses for months via email. No phone. They just charged my card. Got back to me day I posted [months after order] and refunded my card.
