I just e-mailed the following to Tackle Direct for order #890089 we will see if they respond. I just recieved this order after waiting nearly 3 weeks. The Penn fathom box factory seal was broken and the reel appears to have been used. Some items I ordered are not in the shipping box and I can't tell if they have been back ordered since the wrong invoice was included in the box! I will be contesting payment of this order until you fix this. Please send me instructions to return the reel and a postage paid container to put it in. I will not accept your sloppy business practices. Payment will be restored when you make this right. You may want to contact Dave Zabrowski and tell him that you shipped his packing slip to someone else.

Horrible service

Horrible service. Did not receive all items for 6 weeks. They clearly are selling products that they don't have in stock, and do not communicate what is backordered on their website accurately, so that you can make an informed decision to buy (or not).

This company has turned into a train…

This company has turned into a train wreck. Any time frame for shipping is out the window. Customer service is worthless. Don't respond to emails in 24 hours like site says. Can't get anyone on the phone. Any positive review for the last couple of months is a outright lie. Read them. Guy says he called them and order went right out. Have three emails over two week period to them for return auth #. No response. Would not recommend. Order # 880266

I placed an order Jun 6th, still waiting for just a response...

I placed an order Jun 6th. On June 7th, I was told via email that one of the reels i had ordered was out of stock. I sent an email as directed for an update, no response for weeks. I sent another approximately 1 week ago, no response again. I understand that they are behind due to circumstances that could not be helped, but this is getting a little ridiculous. They need to either halt all orders or hire more staff to assist with customer service. I would like to possibly cancel my order, but since I've never received a response in the past for approximately 5 weeks now, I'm thinking that is going to be near impossible without just changing by bank card number before they try to charge my account. That is really the only positive thing I have to say at this point is that at least they have yet to charge me. That's the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of just 1. Btw, just in case "someone" would like to respond, the website order # is 847117.

Friendly and helpful people to deal with. Bought my 3rd tsunami classic casting rod. One hvy and two xhvy. Good quality and I've found them to be nearly perfect vertical drifting rods for fun size catfish. Thanks.

Never received item

Never received item. No response to emails. No phone number on their web page anywhere. I also received some automated email asking me to click here- if you received item. Click here- if you did not review item. Click here if you canceled item. I used the link did not receive and it brings you to thief web page where there is no phone listed and an email address that no one returns. Order # 865057 I’m sure it’ll be blamed on Covid, but they had no problems taking my money

Ordered on July 4th. ***update***

Ordered on July 4th. Charged on July 6th. No label created or even an update. I tried calling and of course there is a voicemail saying that they are not staffing their phones. To reach out through email. Sent emails... no response. I received a response the day after I posted the above. Have received all items purchased and order was complete. In all fairness I guess. It is mentioned on the website that they are severely delayed. But they do have a problem with responding to customers that In a timely fashion. I think everyone would be understanding if someone just gets back with them and informs them what is going on.
