*Update* Maybe best to close the doors..what’s worse? No sales temporarily, or losing customers for life?

**Update on the initial issue** Just like that, a bit of communication and I can tell you this company does care about its reputation. Without giving specifics that may be used against the good nature of TackleDirects‘ offer to me, I can tell you the end result was in line with how a company needs to operate in 2020. USPS on the other hand will be reviewed next, but I am sure a one-star review for them will be white noise, assuming everyone already knows they are awful at delivering anything meaningful. Stick to junk mail USPS. Now one suggestion to Tackle Direct, DITCH USPS and free shipping!! Give me options, if you were to ask me what I would’ve paid to avoid this, the answer would’ve surprised you. 1 Star to 3 Stars in 1 days work, it’s important to acknowledge good service and bad. My below issue was handled properly. Placed an order that was in stock and qualified for free shipping, decided I’d pay for better shipping option to ensure I had my 400$ rod for my 3000$ trip.....that was a long time ago. Of course I get an email 8 days into this stating that a shipping label was created, and will pickup in a couple hours.....that was almost a week ago. Emailed three times, Facebook messaged, then see there’s at least a faint pulse of a “care a little” on this platform. If my claim with USPS doesn’t get things going for my “tracking number” that doesn’t track anything, maybe a little tough love here will spur the sloth. Those people getting their order without issues right now, well, I know 4 other people who aren’t receiving any product or communication. Maybe our orders landed on whammy...but that’s hard to believe. COVID can only be blamed for so much, then it’s a crutch. Perhaps shut down completely, that way you are out of the game entirely, not dabbling in the corner, taking peoples money and not delivering. One must think about what’s worse. No sales or no sales ever again?

Ordered a TFO 11ft rod

Ordered a TFO 11ft rod. Came in pretty quick even during covid-19. The only thing that I didnt like was their lack of response to any questions you might have emailed to them. But maybe that was just due to covid. Other than that, I highly reccomend ordering from here

Terrible service

Placed order for $250 worth of “in stock” items on June 16th. Sent follow-up emails without a response. July 9th status says “processing”. Another email requesting them to cancel order and charges. Never received a single response or acknowledgement. Pandemic or no pandemic- not how you run a business. Avoid at all costs....
